REVENGE GIN

Revenge Gin is a premium small batch distilled Gin produced in New Zealand. Botanicals used include kawakawa and koheriki leaf and rose.

Originally crafted in a Portuguese Alembic Copper pot still, Revenge Gin is produced in batches of 200 litres and represents the best of Kiwi ingenuity and tenacity.

We spent six years developing Revenge Gin with the dual concepts of aroma and taste being our guiding principles. Pristine water, inspiration and a lot of humour have helped us to produce a smooth sophisticated gin able to be consumed on its own or with a range of other beverages.

INGREDIENTS
45 ml Revenge Gin
30 ml St Germaine
15 ml Simple Syrup
8 Blackberries
8 Blueberries
6 Strawberries
METHOD

Place everything in a blender
with ice. Blend until chilled.
Leave a little rough. Cocktail
glass. Garnish with berries.

GUILLOTINE

INGREDIENTS
  • 45 ml
    Revenge Gin
  • 30 ml
    St Germaine
  • 15 ml
    Simple Syrup
  • 8
    Blackberries
  • 8
    Blueberries
  • 6
    Strawberries
METHOD

Place everything in a blender
with ice. Blend until chilled.
Leave a little rough. Cocktail
glass. Garnish with berries.

15 ml Dark Rum
30 ml Creme de Cassis
15 ml Blue Curacao
10 ml Simple Syrup
05 ml Lime Juice
METHOD

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Place the ingredients into the shaker
and shake vigorously for twenty
seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass
and garnish with koheriki leaf if
available or lime twist.

INGREDIENTS
  • 45 ml
    Revenge Gin
  • 15 ml
    Dark Rum
  • 30 ml
    Creme de Cassis
  • 15 ml
    Blue Curacao
  • 10 ml
    Simple Syrup
  • 05 ml
    Lime Juice
METHOD
